Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary liaison for client accounts, guiding day-to-day communications and ensuring on-time, on-budget campaign delivery. You will work with senior teammates to plan activations end-to-end, while building strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

You will interpret briefs, manage budgets, lead WIP meetings, and ensure quality through creative proofing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience across shopper, experiential, eCommerce, or media is a plus.
• Strong project management and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and support proposal development with timelines and budget input.
• Manage campaign execution from start to finish within budgets.
• Lead client communications, including WIP meetings and reporting.
• Prepare studio briefs and proof creative outputs for quality/compliance.
• Oversee campaign reporting with data analysts and present insights.
