Job summary

TravelCard Australia is seeking a Senior Customer Service Rep/Account Manager to proactively develop and maintain relationships with brokers from our North Sydney office. You will be the first point of contact for brokers, driving renewals, new business and a long-term growth pipeline.

Qualifications

• Previous customer services experience working with brokers is highly regarded.
• Pro-active, target-driven with KPI achievement examples.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from brokers and partners on products, renewals, process and system enquiries.
• Pro-active approach to account management.
• Contribute to growth by developing new business and retention of existing business including renewals.
• Build a long-term pipeline to support new business growth.
• Develop and maintaining meaningful working relationships with brokers and ARs.
• Promote the company ethos by providing an exceptional customer experience to your broker network.
• Assist the BDMs in relationship and account management for key accounts.
• Partner with BDMs in the management of Business Partners and Corporate Clients with ongoing training, webinars and broker visits to sustain fundamental relationships.
