DHL Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our supply chain team in New South Wales. You will be the critical link between our operations, customers, and the broader business, driving growth, profitability, and service excellence.

You will lead with strong customer management, strategic oversight, and the ability to negotiate with senior partners while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement. Join DHL for a dynamic logistics career.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in logistics/3PL/4PL environments.
• Experience in account management, ideally Lifesciences/Healthcare.
• Intermediate-Advanced MS Office; exposure to a warehouse management system.
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at senior management level.
• P&L experience.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

As an Account Manager at DHL, you will be the 'glue' between our operations, customers and wider business. You will overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. Qualifications and Experience

To be a successful Account Manager, in this role, you will have:

• A proven track record of performance in a logistics, 3PL or 4PL environment
• Experience in Account Management ideally within theLifesciences and Healthcare sector
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PWP) and exposure to a warehouse management system
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at a senior management level
• P & L experience
• Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
