Job summary

AusTech Saw & Tooling is seeking an experienced Salesperson/Account Manager to service customers across the Gold Coast region. The role is predominantly field-based, building relationships and delivering solutions for industrial consumables and welding products.

You will identify new business opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue while meeting KPI targets. A CRM proficient, strong communication, and resilient, upbeat attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling industrial consumables, especially welding products.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Strong drive to earn commissions.

AST is an Industrial supplies / Sharpening business, servicing customers in SEQ/Northern rivers for the last 30+ years.As we continue to grow, we are looking for Experienced Salespeople / Account Managers who are invested in delivering exceptional customer service.In your role you will predominantly be on the road,being accountable for delivering solutions to existing and new customers in your respective region. Your ability to identify and convert new business opportunities whilst building strong and effective working relationships will be integral to your success.

This role is suited to a person with steel fabrication experience, a sound understanding of consumable items such as welding / safety / abrasives etc.

• Will be able to demonstrate solid sales and closing techniques
• Capable of meeting sales based KPI’s
• A team player who will "jump in" and help the team to meet its objectives

Must Haves:

• Experience in selling industrial consumables in particular welding products
