Job summary

Intrax Consulting Group is seeking an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of Tier 1–3 clients in residential and medium-density building sectors. You’ll be their first contact from enquiry through to delivery.

This relationship-driven role emphasises long-term partnerships and collaboration with operations so work is accurate, on time and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent organization and time management to juggle multiple priorities.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and databases; CRM familiarity.
• Analytical mindset and whole-of-business problem solving.
• Team player who can work independently and take initiative.
• Ideally 1 year or more in residential construction (customer service, estimating, drafting, contracts administration).
• Exposure to residential engineering is an advantage.

Why This Role Matters

Our clients want one person who knows their business and gets things done. As Account Manager, that’s you. You’ll look after a portfolio of Tier 1, 2 and 3 clients in the residential and medium-density building sector. You’ll be their first point of contact from the first enquiry through to project delivery.

This is a relationship-driven role. You’ll build long-term partnerships and work with our operations teams so the work is accurate, on time and what the client expected.

If you’ve worked in residential construction in customer service, estimating, drafting, contracts or construction, and want to stay in the industry, this is a strong next step. You’ll join a growing, collaborative business.

What You’ll Do

• Build client relationships and grow revenue across Intrax’s operational areas
• Work with operations and delivery teams so everyone understands the work and client deadlines are met
• Develop growth plans by mapping our strengths against customer needs
• Keep CRM data and pipelines current and proactively managed

What You’ll Bring

• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build lasting, values-aligned relationships
• Solid organisation and time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

• Confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and databases, and the ability to pick up new systems, especially our CRM

• The ability to work well in a team, work independently and use your initiative
• Ideally 1 year or more in residential construction (customer service, estimating, drafting, construction or contracts administration)
