Ray White AKG is seeking an accomplished Property Manager to level up their career in a fun, fast-paced, and high-performing environment. You’ll build strong relationships with owners and tenants, manage renewals, coordinate inspections, and oversee maintenance with support from a VA assistant and in-house team.

• Creating professional relationships with owners and tenants
• Lease renewal and rent reviews with VA assistant
• Outgoing tenant inspections
• Routine inspections - 2 week take over & 8 week new tenant only routines
• Coordinating urgent repairs and maintenance
• Arrears management - automated systems in place
• Dispute resolution and QCAT
• Insurance lodgement

Your day-to-day will include:

Creating professional relationships with owners and tenants.We are a calling culture office

Lease renewal and rent reviews with VA assistant

Out-going tenant inspections

Routine inspections - 2 week take over & 8 week new tenant only routines

Coordinating urgent repairs and maintenance

Arrears management - automated systems in place

Dispute resolution and QCAT

Insurance lodgement
