Job summary

Elsevier Health is seeking an Academic Success Manager to drive renewals, retention and growth for education solutions across Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territories. You will partner with universities and healthcare education institutions to enable adoption, demonstrate value, and identify expansion opportunities.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering onboarding and ongoing enablement, and collaborating with Sales, Product and Training teams

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or education technology.
• Experience engaging universities, medical/nursing schools or healthcare education institutions is advantageous.
• Understanding of subscription-based digital solutions and renewal processes.
• Strong relationship management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and renewals across Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territories.
• Build trusted relationships with academic leaders and decision-makers.
• Support onboarding, adoption and value realization of Elsevier Health education solutions.
• Deliver faculty training by demonstrations, sessions and workshops.
• Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities with EPSM and Esales teams.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Training and Support to ensure a consistent customer experience.
