The University of Melbourne is seeking a coordinated administrative professional to manage end-to-end academic programs and timetabling for Melbourne Dental School's clinical and professional courses. You will advise staff and students and drive process improvements within a supportive team, with exposure to Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and across the University.

Coordinate activities across the full student lifecycle and support timetabling and placements.

You will coordinate end-to-end academic programs and timetabling for Melbourne Dental School's flagship clinical and professional courses. You will work autonomously within a supportive team, advising staff and students and driving continuous process improvements. You will gain exposure to diverse stakeholders at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and across the University.
You will join Melbourne Dental School, a leader in dental education, clinical training and translational oral health research. The School sits within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, Australia’s premier health sciences faculty. You will work closely with academic, clinical and professional colleagues based at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
