Social Futures in Lismore is seeking an Aboriginal Program Worker to join the Family Connect and Support team on a part-time basis. Based in Lismore, you'll work within the Children, Youth, Families and Employment Stream to provide culturally safe supports and brief interventions to children, families and carers.
You'll coordinate casework, build respectful relationships with Aboriginal Communities, and support families to access services and community-led priorities.
