Social Futures in Lismore is seeking an Aboriginal Program Worker to join the Family Connect and Support team on a part-time basis. You will provide high-quality, person-centred supports and collaborate with Aboriginal communities to help families access services.

Responsibilities

• Case coordination to help customers access services.
• Provide culturally responsive, strengths-based supports.
• Engage with Aboriginal communities grounded in cultural authority and relationships.
• Represent Family Connect and Support in universal settings across the Northern Rivers.
• Participate in supervision activities including case reviews and audits.
