You will lead culturally safe education, clinical mentorship, and workforce development, strengthening the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workforce.

Qualifications

• The Nurse Educator leads culturally safe education, training and mentorship to strengthen the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce.
• Role focuses on clinical supervision and workforce development across Torres and Cape communities.
• Contributes to evidence-based practice and health equity strategies.
