Sydney Region Aboriginal Corporation (SRAC) invites applications for a Family Caseworker - Child & Family Services (Aboriginal Identified Position) based in Penrith, NSW. Qualifications

Aboriginality is a genuine qualification under NSW law.
Experience with family support, outreach or early intervention.
Knowledge of child protection, mandatory reporting and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

Deliver culturally appropriate case management to vulnerable families.
Facilitate early intervention programs and group activities.
Provide information and referral to Aboriginal programs and services.
Maintain accurate case notes and use client management systems.
Work from the SRAC Hub in Penrith and meet reporting requirements.
Build partnerships with local Aboriginal communities and service providers.
