Job summary

Far West NSW Local Health District is seeking a Permanent Full Time Motor Vehicle Driver to provide safe, comfortable transport for Aboriginal clients requiring transfer to health care facilities within and external to the District.

Based in Buronga NSW, the role offers 38 hours per week with remuneration of $65,644.29 plus superannuation and access to incentive schemes under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.

• Must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.

Position Overview

This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rated... under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.

This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.
