Qualifications

Our Intensive Family Support (IFS) program is designed to support families navigating complex challenges, with a focus on a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach that promotes safety, wellbeing, and belonging for children.This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Practitioner to deliver culturally safe, impactful support to families. Your deep cultural knowledge, understanding of community, and connection to country will play a crucial role in empowering families, strengthening cultural identity, and fostering long-term, positive outcomes for children.This is an identified position under section 14(D) of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and all applicants must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Australians.
