Job summary

Dynamic Trade Solutions is seeking a qualified A Grade Electrician to join our Melbourne West team. This permanent full-time role covers residential electrical installations from rough-ins to fit-off, with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship.

You will work with builders and customers, supervise apprentices, and enjoy a strong work-life balance and reliable pay.

Qualifications

• Current A Grade Electrical Licence.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Strong residential construction experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations to a high standard.
• Apply HS&E regulations, codes and workplace safety practices.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting in single and three-phase systems.
• Install and terminate wiring, switchgear and electrical appliances.
• Install and maintain telecommunications and data cabling.
• Communicate effectively with builders, clients and team members.
• Supervise and support apprentices.
• Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

About The Role

This permanent full-time position involves residential electrical installations from rough-ins through to fit-off, warranty and defect works across Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations to a high standard
