Job summary

Melbourne's Leading Nanny Agency is seeking a caring, energetic Educator to provide individualised care for a 10‑month‑old with developmental delays. You will engage through warm, responsive interactions and developmentally appropriate play, including outdoor activities and beach/park visits.

The role requires a Driver's licence and a car, references, WWCC/Police check/CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid, and a commitment of at least 12 months in Australia with full working rights.

Qualifications

• Cert III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA approved qualification and registration with the state authority.
• Provide at least 3 references.
• Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid.
• Have a car and a driver’s licence.
• Be willing to commit for at least 12 months.
• Full working rights in Australia. visas (e.g., 190 or 186) may be considered.

Rate: $41.94 - $47.28 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)
5 days per week with children aged 10 months, 4 years & 8 years

Flex with days - I am able to determine my own work hours. This may change based on childs medical appointment requirements.
Flex with times - I can change these to meet the needs of the chosen educator if it fits within our needs as a family.

Loving family is seeking a caring, energetic and nurturing Educator to provide individualised care for a 10 month old child who experiences developmental delays, with developmental abilities currently comparable to those of a three month old.

The child is highly social and enjoys connecting and engaging with others, so the family would love an Educator who is enthusiastic, attentive and genuinely motivated to build a meaningful connection through warm, responsive interactions and developmentally appropriate play.

The child has an inquisitive nature and loves spending time outdoors, particularly enjoying pram walks to the beach and nearby parks. The ideal Educator will be proactive and creative in providing engaging sensory experiences and opportunities to explore the natural environment while supporting the child's individual developmental needs.

Two older siblings will also join care at times before and after school and during school holidays. The family is looking for someone adaptable, confident and passionate about creating a positive, nurturing and engaging environment for all three children. Flexible with days and times.

DRIVING REQUIRED

You must:

• Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
• Provide at least 3 references.
• Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid
• Have a car & driver's licence
• Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
• Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186.
• Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
