Job summary

GM Offroad is seeking a Sales / 4x4 Fitting Accessories Consultant for our Morwell, VIC location. This full-time role drives sales, builds customer relationships, and showcases our premium 4x4 accessories and fitting services in a dynamic retail setting.

You will provide product knowledge, advise on customisation options, and support customers from enquiry to installation, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Proven sales experience in automotive/retail sectors.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable accessories and fitting services.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding 4x4 accessories, fitting services, and offroad solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records.
• Support customers with product selection, installation guidance, and after-sales service.
• Promote and upsell complementary products and services to maximise customer value.
• Stay up to date with product ranges, features, and industry trends to provide current and relevant advice.
• Collaborate with the fitting team to ensure seamless service delivery and installation coordination.
• Represent GM Offroad professionally and maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable presence in the sales environment.
