Astakos Fish market in Sydney is seeking a reliable Seafood Warehouse Worker / Pick Packer to join our team. This hands-on role starts at 4am, handling picking and packing of seafood orders and assisting with fish preparation in a chilled environment.

You will weigh and pack orders, receive deliveries, organise and rotate stock, and prepare dispatches while keeping work areas clean and meeting food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in seafood picking/packing or warehouse work is preferred.
• Able to start at 4am and work in a chilled environment.
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in order preparation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, weigh and pack fish and seafood orders accurately.
• Pin-bone fish and assist with basic seafood preparation.
• Receive deliveries, organise stock and rotate stock.
• Prepare orders for dispatch.
• Keep work areas clean and follow food safety procedures.
