ANZUK Education in Melbourne is partnering with a family-owned service to recruit a capable Early Childhood Teacher to lead the 3YO Kinder program, within a warm, supportive team.

The role is full-time, with a busy, collaborative room and rotating 8:00am–6:00pm hours. You will build strong relationships with children and families while delivering high-quality learning experiences and career progression in a values-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-qualified in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Experienced in leading and programming within a kinder setting
• Confident in building strong relationships with families and colleagues
• Warm, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Experienced in supporting children with additional needs

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program
• Busy, well-supported room with a collaborative team environment

An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join a beautiful, family-owned long day care service in Melbourne’s north-east.

About the Role

• Full-time Early Childhood Teacher position

About You We are looking for someone who is:
