Job summary

MEGT in Melbourne is seeking a 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to gain hands-on experience in commercial and high-end residential environments. You’ll learn on-the-job and complete your Certificate III in Electrotechnology.

You’ll work with experienced tradespeople, develop skills in wiring, diagnostics and reading electrical plans, and be supported with coaching and a nationally recognised qualification.

• Assist experienced tradespeople with day-to-day electrical work and projects.
• Gain exposure to a variety of electrical work while building your technical knowledge.
• Work as part of a team while developing your confidence and independence on the job.

MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our host employers in Melbourne for an Electrical Apprentice to gain valuable experience working within a hands-on commercial and high end residential environments. Located in the Melbourne West with projects across the

Greater Melbourne Metro area. About the role As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll gain practical experience across a range of electrical tasks while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

You'll develop your skills on the job, learn how electrical systems operate and build the knowledge and confidence needed to become a qualified Electrician.

What you'll be doing:
