Rapid Tune Underwood in Brisbane is seeking a 3rd/4th year Light Vehicle Apprentice Mechanic for a permanent full-time position. You’ll work alongside qualified mechanics, gaining hands-on experience in servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs across various makes and models.

Qualifications

• Currently completing the 3rd or 4th year of a Light Vehicle Mechanical apprenticeship.
• Practical workshop experience in servicing and general repairs.
• Manual driver’s licence preferred.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
• Reliability, good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carry out logbook servicing and scheduled maintenance appropriate to training and experience.
• Assist with fault diagnosis and general mechanical repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and clearly record findings.
• Develop skills in brakes, suspension, cooling systems and other mechanical repairs.
• Work safely and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Continue apprenticeship training and work towards completion.

3rd / 4th Year Apprentice Mechanic – Light Vehicle

Rapid Tune Underwood is looking for a reliable 3rd or 4th year Light Vehicle Apprentice Mechanic to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

You’ll work alongside qualified mechanics, building your skills in servicing, fault diagnosis and mechanical repairs across a variety of makes and models.
