Job summary

Fulfilment Australia Pty Ltd is a fast-growing 3PL that stores, picks, packs and ships for ecommerce brands. This full-time role covers the whole warehouse floor and involves picking, packing, stock receiving and returns processing.

You will use handheld scanners and our warehouse system, keep the area clean and safe, and jump in during peak periods. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the business.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk and lift/move stock as required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately according to each brand's packing requirements.
• Receive inbound deliveries: unload, count and put away stock.
• Process customer returns and update the warehouse system.
• Use handheld scanners and our warehouse system to track stock.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized and assist during peak periods.

Job description

Fulfilment Australia is a fast-growing 3PL (third-party logistics) business. We store, pick, pack and ship for eCommerce brands, most of them on Shopify, and we get their orders to customers fast and right the first time.

The role

We're hiring a full-time crew member for our warehouse team. You'll work across the whole floor, not one station: picking and packing orders, receiving stock, processing returns and keeping the warehouse running.

What you'll do

Pick and pack online orders accurately, to each brand's own packing requirements

Receive inbound deliveries: unload, count and check stock, then put it away

Process customer returns

Use handheld scanners and our warehouse system

Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised

Jump in wherever the day needs you, from busy peak periods to stocktakes
