Job summary

OUR 3PL is hiring a reliable pick packer in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast to support a small, friendly team. Expect 25–38 hours weekly with day shifts, 7:00am to 3:30pm, handling ecommerce orders and warehouse tasks.

You will use handheld scanners to pick and pack, apply shipping labels, receive stock, and help keep the warehouse tidy and safe. Forklift LF is a bonus but not essential; own transport recommended due to limited public transport.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in pick and pack, e-commerce fulfilment or warehousing.
• Strong eye for detail; accuracy matters as much as speed.
• Comfortable on your feet all day and able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Confident using scanners and simple computer systems.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Forklift licence (LF) is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pack parcels with care: right box, right items, well protected.
• Print and apply shipping labels (Aramex, Australia Post, TGE).
• Check orders before they leave so the right parcel goes to the right customer.

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised.

OUR 3PL is a growing third-party logistics warehouse in Beerwah. We store and ship online orders for Australian e-commerce brands, including a fast-moving outdoor lifestyle brand, sending hundreds of parcels a day across the country. We’re busy heading into the peak season and need another reliable pick packer to join the team.

25 hours - 38 hours available short term until end of December and maybe into January. potential to stay on next year if things suit.

Key responsibilities

Pick orders accurately from run sheets using a handheld scanner and our warehouse system

About you

At least 1 year of experience in pick and pack, e-commerce fulfilment or warehousing
