Atlantis Recruitment Brisbane is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join as an independent contractor in a hybrid Brisbane setting. You will own the client relationship from start to finish and deliver on promises.

You’ll find and sign new Brisbane clients, onboard them through our client portal, source and shortlist candidates, and manage ongoing relationships, feedback and renewals. The role supports candidates through placement and our Workplace Wellbeing Program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience.
• Brisbane corporate or retail network is a big plus.
• Confident winning new business and delivering quality candidates.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Active ABN or ACN, or willingness to obtain one.
• Own laptop, phone and reliable transport to client meetings.

Job title: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Commission-Based Contractor (Hybrid)

Pay: Commission only. 50% sign-on bonus plus a 40% monthly trail on every client.

About Atlantis Recruitment Brisbane

Atlantis is a Brisbane recruitment agency specialising in Corporate (Law, Accounting, Tech, Finance) and Retail roles. We do things differently. Instead of charging hefty placement fees, our clients pay a simple monthly subscription, from $2,000 to $8,000 a month, with a 6-month minimum term. That makes us an easy sell, and it means you can earn every month, not just once per placement.

The role

We’re looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to partner with us as independent contractors. You’ll own the relationship from start to finish, so what you promise a client is what you deliver:

Find and sign new Brisbane clients in the Corporate and Retail sectors

Run consultations and onboard clients through our client portal

Source, interview, screen and shortlist candidates

Manage client relationships, feedback and renewals

Support candidates through placement and our Workplace Wellbeing Program

How you get paid

This is a commission-only contractor role, with no base salary.

Sign-on bonus: 50% of the client’s first monthly fee for every new client you bring in, paid once their first payment clears

Monthly trail: 40% of the client’s monthly fee for every month the client needs candidates and you deliver them

Clients we allocate to you: 40% monthly trail

Invoice us monthly and get paid within 14 days

For example, one client on our $2,000/month Starter package earns you $1,800 in the first month (a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus an $800 trail), then $800 for every month you deliver candidates. Build up to five clients on a mix of packages and you could earn around $7,200 a month in trail. Your income grows with every client you sign.

Hybrid and flexible

Work from home and meet clients and candidates around Brisbane. You set your own hours, manage your own diary, and choose which work you take on. You’re free to run your own business and work with other clients too. You’ll have full access to our client portal, which comes with a salary calculator, a job-ad generator and in-portal messaging, plus our talent pool to support your sourcing.

About you

2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally 360 or business development

A network in Brisbane’s Corporate or Retail sectors is a big plus

Confident winning new business and delivering quality candidates

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

An active ABN or ACN, or willingness to get one

Your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance, or willingness to get it

Your own laptop, phone and reliable transport to and from client and candidate meetings
