Job summary

ARC Staff - Australian Recruitment Company in Brisbane is seeking a driven 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This true end-to-end recruitment role blends business development, client relationship management and hands-on sourcing.

You will manage multiple vacancies, build strong client partnerships and proactively source candidates, with the flexibility to work from home and visit client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment, ideally labour hire, blue-collar, construction, civil, manufacturing or logistics industries.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and job briefings through to sourcing, screening, placement and onboarding.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow your client portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conducting client site visits to understand workforce requirements, safety standards and strengthen relationships.
• Filling vacancies quickly and responding to changing client demands and urgent requests.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and direct approaches.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pools to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Managing multiple vacancies and the daily demands of a busy recruitment desk.

ARC Staff is looking for a 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Blue-collar, labour hire or industrial recruitment experience is ideal, but we're also open to proven recruiters from other sectors who can manage a busy desk, think on their feet and deliver results.

ARC Staff is an Australian-owned recruitment and labour hire business, partnering with clients across a range of industries to deliver quality recruitment and workforce solutions.

The Role

This is a true 360° recruitment position, combining business development, client relationship management and end-to-end recruitment. You'll have the flexibility to work from home while attending client sites as required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and job briefings through to sourcing, screening, placement and onboarding.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow your client portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conducting client site visits to understand workforce requirements, OHS and strengthen relationships.
• Filling vacancies quickly and responding to changing client demands and urgent requests.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and direct approaches.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pools to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Managing multiple vacancies, competing priorities and the daily demands of a busy recruitment desk.
• Maintaining accurate records, following through on commitments and taking ownership of results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally in labour hire, blue-collar, construction, civil, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries.
• Experience managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, including business development and account management.
• A proven ability to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work at pace.
• Confident communication skills and a willingness to pick up the phone.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, follow-through and accountability.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage your own priorities and deliver results without constant supervision.
• A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport, as client site visits are an essential part of the role.
