Job summary

A-Line Group in Moorabbin, VIC is seeking 2nd–4th year Electrical Apprentices to join our factory team. You will learn switchboard manufacturing, working with experienced electricians and supervisors in a hands-on environment.

You will gain skills in assembly, wiring, terminations, testing and drawing interpretation, with on-the-job mentoring and a clear path to completion of Cert III and A Grade license. This role offers factory EBA conditions, structured training, and strong potential for

Qualifications

• Must be 2nd to 4th year as an electrical apprentice.
• Pre-apprenticeship advantageous but not essential.
• Completion of Cert III and ability to sit for A Grade license sought.

Responsibilities

• Learn switchboard assembly and fit-out.
• Assist with wiring, terminations and busbar work.
• Read electrical schematics and GA drawings.
• Support testing and quality assurance processes.
• Follow safe work practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Contribute to on-site modifications of switchboards.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Electrician with A-Line Group, you'll learn switchboard manufacturing from the ground up, working alongside experienced A Grade electricians and supervisors. You'll gain skills in assembly, wiring, terminations, testing and drawing interpretation — a specialist skill set that's in high demand across the industry.

What You'll Learn

• Switchboard assembly and fit-out

• Experience with on-site modifications to switchboards


• Control wiring
