Paisley Park is seeking a confident Second-in-Charge (2IC) at our Malvern East centre to partner with the Centre Director in guiding daily operations and educational quality.

The successful candidate will balance leadership with hands-on support, mentor Educators, and ensure adherence to EYLF, NQS, and child safety standards while maintaining excellent relationships with families and the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA-approved qualification required for the position.
• Substantial Australian early learning experience demonstrated beyond routine room duties.
• Experience undertaking leadership responsibilities such as mentoring Educators and coordinating operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead delegated operational tasks and support service operations in the Centre Director's absence.
• Mentor Educators and support team development.
• Oversee educational programming, planning cycle and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations and child safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership while maintaining professional standards.
