Job summary

Service Stream in Adelaide–Hope Valley is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Officer to join our Operations team on a permanent basis. This role supports a 24/7 roster, coordinating dispatch of field resources and ensuring safe, timely service delivery.

You will liaise with SA Water and internal teams to maintain high standards and efficient operations. Key duties include prioritising work, monitoring GPS tracked resources, and maintaining data accuracy within Maximo Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service delivery role.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and dispatch work to field resources to meet KPI and service levels.
• Use GPS tracking to monitor field resources and optimise workforce.
• Capture asset data and enter into asset management system.
• Assist with data quality and validation processes.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers per escalation procedures.
• Provide admin support to Field Services Contract as required.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation within the Dispatch team.
