Challenger Security is seeking a National Operations Centre Operator in Melbourne (Casual) to join our Port Melbourne hub. You will coordinate real-time operations, respond to incidents, and ensure the right teams are engaged across Australia.

This onsite role requires handling calls and monitoring across multiple sites, with shifts including days and nights. You’ll thrive in a busy environment, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly to support rapid problem resolution.

Qualifications

• A Victorian Security Licence with Control Room endorsement is essential.
• Experience in National Operations Centre, control room or high-volume call-centre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls from clients, employees and operational teams across Australia.
• Log, prioritise and coordinate tasks and incidents per procedures.
• Coordinate staff dispatch and operational responses when required.
• Maintain clear incident and communication records for reporting and compliance.
