Job summary

- Manual Handling and Medication certificates are essential.
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle are needed, with valid working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor client support plans and documentation.
- Deliver supports in a person-centred and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
- Follow the established house routine and complete mandatory training.
- Provide care across a 24/7 roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
