BHP's 2028 Graduate Program offers a 24-month development pathway combining structured onboarding, guided learning and cohort support to build capabilities for a future career. You will work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Depending on your discipline and location, roles may be based in residential communities, city offices, or FIFO rosters.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the past two years or due to graduate by the end of 2027.
• Engineering, Science, Technology, Business, Health Science and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding, guided learning paths and support from your graduate cohort, buddy and leaders.
• Work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations to gain hands-on experience.
• Learn to communicate effectively and build core work skills like prioritising, managing change and staying curious.
