Nimbus Health invites applications for its 2027 Physiotherapy Graduate Program, delivered across Melbourne, Adelaide and Queensland. The 12-month structured program aims to strengthen confidence and consolidate clinical knowledge to help you become a highly skilled independent practitioner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• AHPRA registration by the start of the program.
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination.
• A valid Australian driver's license.
• Regular access to a car.
• Based in either Melbourne, Adelaide, or Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients funded through Home programs.
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Continually review current processes and update team materials with best practice.
• Collaborate with patients and care teams including other allied health professionals and care advisers.
• Prepare training and educational materials for partner organisations.

The Nimbus Health Graduate Program is a structured 12 month program designed to strengthen your confidence and consolidate your clinical knowledge.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through the Support at Home Program, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Program
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
• Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice
• Work and communicate with your patient's care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at some of Australia’s leading organisations
• Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with

About You

We are looking for candidates who genuinely care for our clients and want to make each and every experience memorable!

• Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
• AHPRA registration by the start of the program
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination
• A valid Australian driver's license
• Regular access to a car
• A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference
• Based in either Melbourne, Adelaide, or Queensland
