Nimbus Health is inviting applicants for its 2027 Occupational Therapy Graduate Program, available across Melbourne and Queensland.

The program is a structured 12-month pathway designed to build confidence and consolidate clinical knowledge to help you become an independent practitioner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• AHPRA registration by program start.
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the community to clients funded through the program.
• Apply clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Review processes and contribute to team wiki updates.
• Collaborate with care teams including other health professionals and care advisers at partner organisations.
• Prepare training materials for the organisations we work closely with.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through the Support at Home Program, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Program
• Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
• Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice
• Work and communicate with your patient's care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at some of Australia's leading organisations
• Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with

About You

We are looking for candidates who genuinely care for our clients and want to make each and every experience memorable!

• Bachelor Degree of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• AHPRA registration by the start of the program
• Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination
• A valid Australian driver's license
• Regular access to a car
• A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference
• Based in either Melbourne or Queensland
