Urban Utilities invites expressions of interest for its 2027 Finance Graduate Program. This UrbanGrad initiative offers a 12‑month pathway into a finance career with real work experience and mentoring.

  • Disciplines we welcome expressions of interest from graduates in disciplines including: Finance Commerce.
  • Have completed, or be completing, a relevant degree within 24 months of the program commencement date of January 2027.
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or have unrestricted working rights.
  • Access to private transport to travel to our diverse operational locations.

About UrbanGrad

UrbanGrad is more than a graduate program - it's a career pathway and the beginning of your career at Urban Utilities. This is a 12-month graduate program that combines real work experience, development opportunities and mentoring, with an assured ongoing role at Urban Utilities upon successful program completion in January 2028.
