Our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team has an opportunity for a Program Manager–Safety Improvement Program to lead the implementation of the Health Safety Wellbeing Improvement Program within the O&M team on a fixed term contract to December 2027.
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Improvement Program (HSWIP) is an enterprise-wide formal, structured program of works aimed at delivering projects targeted at improving Urban Utilities compliance to legislative and industry standards.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the management, implementation and execution of projects within O&M included in the scope of the Safety Improvement Program, while playing a key leadership role in guiding and coordinating project and change managers delivering these initiatives, including but not limited to:
