About the role

You will be supported by a College Executive that is committed to “awakening potential and empowering learners for purposeful lives through Christ�.

Additionally, the leadership has made College wide changes to support a new way of learning:

• De-siloed all subject areas including curriculum leadership
• Simplified secondary timetable across all year levels
• All day Wednesday program focused on wellbeing, student advocacy, exploration of student led passion projects, etc.

Furthermore, the College is implementing a five-year plan to move to a “stage� not “age� model of schooling across Year 7 to 12. It is anticipated that the College will remove the concept of year levels and increase flexibility to all students.

With such innovative changes we need teachers who can “dream big� and have the requisite traits such as tenacity, passion, tolerance of ambiguity, confidence, vision and flexibility.
