Job summary

Central Coast Group Training is seeking a 1st Year Apprentice Chef in Pokolbin, NSW, to start ASAP. This paid, full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on learning in a real commercial kitchen across multiple restaurant styles.

You’ll learn kitchen safety, food hygiene, preparation, and cooking basics while gaining exposure to à la carte dining, steakhouse service and functions, with support from CCGT throughout your apprenticeship and career pathways after qualification.

Responsibilities

• Learn kitchen safety and food hygiene.

• Keep kitchen areas clean, safe and organised.
• Work with chefs during busy service periods.
