Job summary

Fetch Mining Services is seeking experienced Process Technicians and Process Operators for ongoing FIFO roles across Western Australia’s gold, lithium, lead/silver, rare earths and copper projects. Rosters include 8/6, 7/7 and some 2/2, with immediate starts and long-term work on owner-operator sites.

Roles involve running mineral processing plants to KPI targets, maintaining safety, performing housekeeping, and operating mobile equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mineral process technician.
• Flotation, DMS, and Control Room experience desirable.
• Filter Press/Belt and Thickening experience desirable.
• Crushing and Grinding experience essential for all commodities.
• Dewatering experience desirable.
• Paste Plant experience desirable.
• CIL and Leaching experience desirable.
• SCADA/CITECT/Yokogawa experience desirable.
• Willingness to be malleable with day-to-day requirements.
• Desirable tickets: FEL, LF, EWP, Gas Testing, Confined Space, Telehandler, Skidsteer.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Two recent work references required
• Strong commitment to safety
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

With opportunities available acrossGold, Lithium, Lead/Silver, Rare Earths, and Copper operations, this is an excellent chance to secure long-term work with leading owner-operator clients across WA.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience as a mineral process technician
• Flotation, DMS, and Control Room experience highly desirable for multiple commodities
• Filter Press/Belt and Thickening experience desirable

• Paste Plant experience is desirable
