Job summary

Simply Helping is seeking casual support workers to deliver 1:1 in-home care across Osbourne Park, Nollamara, Balga, Midland, Ellenbrook and surrounds. The role prioritises manual handling and hoisting with early morning and late evening shifts available.

You will bring hands-on experience and qualifications in disability or aged care, a valid NDIS screening or willingness to obtain, and a passion for person-centred care while supporting clients to live independently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with 1:1 manual handling and hoisting.
• Certifications in Disability or Aged Care are required (III or IV).
• NDIS Worker Screening current or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid & CPR current.
• Working With Children Check current or willingness to obtain.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Demonstrated passion for person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 person-centred support with a focus on safety and manual handling.
• Provide in-home care across Osbourne Park, Nollamara, Balga, Midland, Ellenbrook and surrounds.
• Maintain client safety, dignity and wellbeing during shifts.
• Document client progress and communicate with the care team.
