Position details

This is a position with grade 17. It reports to the Global Sourcing Category Manager.

Your role and responsibilities

• Start: May 2025 | Duration: 3 months | Full-time | Temporary
• Support our EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) & Embedded Solutions team with procurement-related tasks.
• Assist with sourcing activities such as RFQs, supplier comparisons, and disposition planning.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier data to optimize procurement processes.
• Support the creation of decision-making tools for management, including MS Excel analyses and charts.

Qualifications for the role

• Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Ideally enrolled in a degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Team player with good communication skills, able to collaborate internally and with international suppliers.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
