As an ambassador for the Maison, you will assist the boutique team with daily operations, gift wrapping, stock organization, and creating a welcoming, client-focused environment for an exclusive luxury experience.

Qualifikationen

• Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior.
• Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset.
• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment.
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand.
• Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment.
• Assisting the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department.
• Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay.
• Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients.
