4a Group is seeking a Web Developer – WordPress & Frontend to join our team in Traboch. You will independently implement and enhance WordPress-based websites, customise themes, and integrate plugins while maintaining performance across platforms.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Management, applying an eye for design, UX, and modern AI tools to speed up content creation and development. Strong German and good English are required in this multi-brand setting.

To support our team in Traboch, we are looking for a full‑time Web Developer – WordPress & Frontend (m/f/d).

Scope of tasks

• Independently implement, maintain, and further develop our WordPress‑based websites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and custom solutions.

Compensation

For this position, a market‑standard gross monthly salary ranging from EUR 2,800 to EUR 4,100 (full‑time, 40 hours per week) is provided in accordance with the IT & Consulting Collective Agreement, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
