4a Group is seeking a Web Developer – WordPress & Frontend to join our team in Traboch. You will independently implement and enhance WordPress-based websites, customise themes, and integrate plugins while maintaining performance across platforms.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Management, applying an eye for design, UX, and modern AI tools to speed up content creation and development. Strong German and good English are required in this multi-brand setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven professional experience in web development, ideally in a WordPress environment.
• A keen eye for design, layout, typography, and user experience.
• Confident use of AI tools or a strong willingness to quickly develop in-depth expertise in this area.
• Excellent German and good English language skills, in a multi-brand, international environment.
• Self-motivated, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Clear, logical, audience-tailored communication and trustworthy presence.

Aufgaben

• Implement, maintain, and further develop WordPress-based websites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and custom solutions.
• Manage technical maintenance, performance optimisation, and ongoing support of existing web platforms.
• Visually implement design specs and create smaller graphics, banners, and web assets with AI-powered tools.
• Integrate and utilise AI tools for content creation, coding, image generation, and automation of routine tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Management, and group subsidiaries.
