The role involves designing, optimizing, validating, and delivering testing systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, traveling domestically and internationally, and training customers in system operation and maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks and working with PDM systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing-oriented and cost-efficient design of assemblies and systems
• Basic understanding of electronics, frequency converters/inverters, data acquisition systems (e.g., National Instruments), and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino)
• Structured, independent, and self-motivated working style
• Strong organizational skills and a solid technical understanding of the entire product development process
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Team-oriented, committed, and hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Aufgaben

Combined with our proprietary software solutions, these systems enable customers to gain a deeper understanding of material behavior under highly dynamic loading conditions—such as automotive crash events—and to create accurate simulation models for virtual product development. Salary

We offer a monthly gross salary in line with the market (Austrian IT & Consulting Collective Agreement), depending on individual qualifications and professional experience, of at least 3500 EUR (based on 40 hours per week).
