Raiffeisen Bank International is seeking a motivated CMS Author to join our dynamic content team. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing content across our digital platforms using a Content Management System (CMS).

Your mission at RBI:

• Content Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and implement content strategies for websites.
  • Create, edit, and proofread web content, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure all web content is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Use content management systems (CMS) to publish and organize content.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content management and SEO (together with our experts).
• Collaboration and Optimization:
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure content is optimized for user experience and SEO.
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and assets for content creation.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics to suggest content improvements.
  • Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for content optimization.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.

Your core competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Content Manager or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Figma).
