Thomson Reuters seeks a Vice President, AI Product Security to embed security across the full AI stack—experiences, agents, models, and context sources—before code is written, not after launch.

Reporting to the CISO, you will set the technical bar for AI risk, resolve trade-offs with engineering, and partner with Customer Trust, Product and GTM teams to present a credible security story to customers and executives.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in cybersecurity or product security within SaaS environments.
• Proven experience designing, developing, or securing AI solutions.
• Ability to translate security risk into engineering requirements.
• Strong risk management focus for AI models and capabilities.
• Familiarity with MITRE Atlas, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and NIST AI RMF.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and influencing senior leaders.

• Embed security across the full AI stack—from AI experiences to models and MCP sources.
• Set the technical bar for AI-specific risk and cybersecurity before launch.
• Serve as security authority for architecture and control decisions.
• Develop repeatable review frameworks to accelerate safe AI shipping.
• Equip Customer Trust, Product and GTM teams to sell security as a differentiator.
• Represent security posture to customers and executives.
• Assist in building trust artifacts, sales enablement, and security processes.
