The Technical Product Lead owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch. We are AI-native by default, focusing on genuine improvements with safeguards and oversight.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products.
• Strong technical foundation across system architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to review and shape technical designs.
• Experience in payments, remittance, banking, or other regulated fintech domains.
• Ability to balance technical, regulatory, and user experience trade-offs.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs and data flows.
• Drive trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and user experience.
• Ensure regulatory requirements (KYC, privacy, licensing) are embedded.
• Apply AI where it clearly improves outcomes with safeguards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align decisions for launches.
• Ship products contingent on external dependencies and approvals.
