Job summary

Vienna Insurance Group is seeking a finance professional to support planning, closing, and IT-cost reporting at the service-level within the group. You will enhance reporting systems for IT services including contribution margins and plan-actual comparisons, and support group-wide IT billing processes.

Collaboration with VIG Holding on annual service pricing and billing is required. Required are a degree in business or IT finance, strong Excel and SAP knowledge, and fluent German and English,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, invoicing and budgeting processes.
• Experience with standard IT finance and controlling software (e.g., SAP FI CO, SAP CO PS, SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP SD, ServiceNow); advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ideally, experience in regulated industries or in the insurance sector.
• Structured and team-oriented working style, strong initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
• Precise work ethics and strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Commitment and motivation to drive changes, a confident demeanor, and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional CEE languages are an advantage.

Benefits may vary between VIG companies

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 56.854,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
