• Fleet and logistics management: oversee fleet operations, inventory, registrations, and key management.
• Dispatch and partner coordination: schedule technicians, workshops, and external service providers.
• City performance and KPI analysis: monitor rented vehicles and operational KPIs for improvements.
• Authority and administrative liaison: handle communications with local authorities, police, courts and fines.
• Partner and customer support: provide operational support and manage relationships with suppliers.
