Job summary

The VIE - Regional Digital Communications Specialist – Austria at Coface supports digital communications for 12 country teams across Central and Eastern Europe. This hands-on role focuses on websites, SEO/SEA, social media and digital analytics, with content creation and CMS (Ibexa) expertise.

You will work with local teams to update websites, develop multimedia content, and improve digital channels while learning and applying best practices in reporting and optimization across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree level and minimum 1 year professional experience in communications, marketing, digital marketing, media or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SEO, CMS platforms (Ibexa preferred), social media and digital analytics.
• Use digital tools specific to the business (Ibexa CMS, social media, Canva, PlayPlay, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Tag Manager).
• Interest in multimedia content creation (graphics, photos and videos).
• Strong organisational, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support countries in updating and improving their websites.
• Monitor website developments and coordinate updates with local teams.
• Develop expertise in the Ibexa CMS and become a go-to contact for CMS/SEO topics.
• Train local communications colleagues on digital tools and best practices.
• Develop and write engaging content for newsletters, social media, email campaigns and other digital materials.
• Create multimedia content using Canva, PlayPlay and other tools.
• Support countries in enhancing their social media presence and engagement.
• Contribute to regional campaigns around DE&I, CSR and business transformation.
• Monitor digital performance with Google Analytics and Search Console and help with reporting and optimization.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure consistent digital communication.

Join our Regional Communications team and support the digital communications activities of 12 country teams across Central and Eastern Europe.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys digital communication, content creation and working with different countries and cultures. You will support our local teams in managing and improving their digital channels, while developing your expertise in areas such as websites, SEO/SEA, social media and digital analytics.

Your responisibilities

• Support countries in updating and improving their websites
• Monitor website developments and coordinate updates with local teams.
• Develop strong expertise in our CMS (Ibexa) and gradually become a go-to contact for CMS and SEO-related topics.
• Support train local communications colleagues on digital tools, website management and best practices.
• Develop and write engaging content for newsletters, social media posts, email campaigns and other digital materials.
• Create multimedia content including graphics, photos,and videos, using tools such as Canva, Playplay, etc.
• Support countries in enhancing their social media presence and engagement.
• Contribute to regional and internal campaigns around topics such as DE&I, CSR, business transformation.
• Bring creativity and fresh ideas to make digital content more engaging and effective.
• Monitor digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and support regular reporting and optimisation.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality digital communication across the region.
